HACIENDA: Inland revenue office/tax HACIENDA PÚBLICA: public finance (revenue office) HECHOS: fact (statement of claim) HEREDERO: heir HEREDERO FORZOSOS: legal heirs who cannot be excluded from heritage as per Spanish law HERENCIA: heritage HIPOTECA: mortgage (accessory) - Spanish law does not know any encumbrance! Hypothecary law HIPOTECA MÁXIMA: max. mortgage amount HIPOTECA SOLIDARIA: basically in the Spanish law a total mortgage is not existing as when encumbering several plots it has to be exactly indicated in which height each plot / object is encumbered HIPOTECA UNILATERAL: unilateral mortgage offer HIPOTECARIA: single real estates as basically the instrument of a total mortgage is not existing in Spain. |
