  • The working area has a washing machine and a Siemens laundry-dryer as well as miscellaneous built in cupboards. Both appliances are silent.
  • The living room has an elegant open chimney with marble-cladding and stuccowork up to the ceiling.
  • In the living room and the so-called ‚gentlemen’s room‘ are open bookshelves in the wall with stuccoworks, partially with mirrors. Parquet-ground..
  • The „Masterbedroom" consists of a bedroom with a podium, on which the bed stands, as well as an unique bathroom and a generous dressing rooms.
  • The bath is complete in marble and has an illuminated Jacuzzi on a marble-podium with views over the sea and the city. The separated toilet-area as well is in marble. The transparent shower has very high-quality installations of the make „Dornbracht ". From the on goes directly into the dressing room whose cupboards are illuminated. From here, one goes into the bedroom.
  • In the upper floor in as rooms for an office so that a desk can be put into the middle of the rooms, electrical installations are built in.
  • The underground garage:

  • The underground garage has space for 16 cars and a washing area.
  • Each parking has his own plug for electricity.
  • There are 3 water tabs as well as a complete canalisation.

  • All terraces and garden-ways are covered with terracotta and marble.
  • It exist as well all necessary installations for an exterior kitchen.
  • Within the property there is a separated servant entrance to the main kitchen.
  • Extensive outside-stairway to the main entrance with illumination.

  • The property has an individual and most modern sewerage unit with prepared connection for the public sewage system.
